On the Numbers page:
· Hit the Add button which adds a new number*
· Select a new Number
· Press Save after any changes
· Finally hit the APPLY CHANGES or APPLY & LOGOUT button to provision the servers
* You will only be able to add numbers if your plan accommodates multiple numbers
An inbound call can be directed to any of the following locations/destinations:
- Menu (IVR)
- Department (Ring Group)
- Team Member (Employee)
- Voicemail (Mailbox)
- Time Conditions (Out of Office)
